hacks: I am actually quite ashamed that I discovered Feedburner just this summer… but I am quite happy that Tumblr is one of the few hosted blog/microblog platforms to allow to use it. Uhhh … are you dumb, you can use feedburner with anything that has an rss feed, including Twitter and soup.io.

staff: We’ve had a few weeks to observe “Likes” effects on Tumblr, and wanted to share some neat stats: Last week you liked about 12,000 posts each day. You’ve liked about 10% more posts each week since likes launched. Since likes launched, reblogging is actually up about 10% to 35,000 reblogs each day. Why do I have to like all the reblogs of a post if I like someones post?
